Dustin Leslie "Dusty" Bell, 41, of Liverpool, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, at his home.
He was born March 22, 1975 in Riverdale, Ga., a son of Deborah Colbert and the late James M. Bell.
Upon moving to Pennsylvania in 2003 for work, he lived in both Sunbury and Liverpool. He had been employed by Sara Lee Bakery, Wood-Mode Custom Cabinetry and most recently at NF String & Son in Harrisburg.
Dusty loved his fiancé', Trisha and their daughter, Ariyah, always saying "I love my baby girl". He was also a caring stepfather to Trisha's children, Jeremy, Austin and Jadyn Bower. Dusty was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend to all he came in contact with. He continued to stay in touch with his friends from Georgia, even after he relocated to Pennsylvania. He was also a true Georgia Tech fan, always either attending the games or watching them on TV. Being a devoted "Ramblin Wreck" fan, it didn't matter if they won or lost, you could still find him in a Georgia Tech shirt and cap.
Survivors include his fiancé', Trisha Bower of Liverpool; his daughter, Ariyah Bell, of Liverpool; his mother and stepfather, Deborah and Larry Colbert, of Manchester; his stepchildren, Jeremy, Austin and Jadyn Bower; one brother, Chad Colbert, of Manchester; two sisters, Dana Ehrman, of Senoia, Ga., and Jackie Shoemaker, of Locust Grove, Ga.; and a niece and nephew, Ava and Jaden Ehrman.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Redell and Dorothy "Memaw" Crosby; paternal grandparents, Lamar and Mary Bell; and twin brothers, Crosby and Clarke Bell.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Cox Funeral Home, Mancheste, Ga., with the Rev. W.H. Fancher officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to benefit his daughter, Ariyah, may be made to the Dustin Bell Memorial Fund at F&M Bank and Trust Co., P.O. Box 718, Manchester, GA 31816.
