Curtis was a member of the Baptist Church of Brigham City, Utah and served as Deacon, Secretary and Sunday School Teacher. He also worked in the Community Food Pantry.
He worked as a postman for 32 years and belonged to the United Postal Workers. He loved fishing and enjoyed watching football. He loved visiting family and friends. Family barbeques were hid favorite where the family would visit and watch football games together.
He was preceded in death by his mother Sue Oliver and her husband Frank, and father Tom Wise.
Interment, Ogden City Cemetery with Military Honors accorded.
