She was born Febuary 16, 1913, in Phillipsburgh, Kansas, to Levi Bradley and Sarah Oelitha Rosencrantz.
She was a telephone operator, sales clerk and housewife. She was a member of Moose Lodge and Railroad oldtimers.
She graduated from business college and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She married Elmer "Moon" Gettman, January 11, 1934. She was a widow.
Survivors include two sons, Russell Gettman and Rodney Lee Gettman, a sister, Nancy Petersen; three granddaughters, Valerie (Ronnie) Payne, St. Bernard, Louisiana, Annette Andreason, Pocatello, Idaho, and Cynda Gettman, Pocatello, Idaho; four grandson, Floyd (Ralinda) Gettman, Pocatello, Idaho, Tom (Valerie) Gomer, Sachse, Texas, Brent (Sherry) Gettman, Pocatello, Idaho, and Richard (Heather) Gomer, Carson city, Nevada; 11 great grandchildren; and three great great grandson. She was proceeded in death by Elmer "Moon" Gettman (husband), Nancy Ann Gomer (daughter), mother and father, four sisters and seven brothers.
She grew up in Culbertson, Nebraska, and moved to Pocatello in 1941.
She was a friend to all, mother to most, grandmother to everybody. She was an active member of UPR old timer's woman's auxiliary and member of many pinochle clubs. To her family she was life!
She spent many of her days camping, fishing and loving her family. She was extra-special grandmother to her grandchildren.
