Arthur F. Schroeder, 88, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016, at Heritage Center. He was born March 18, 1928, to the late Arthur William and Laura (Stein) Schroeder.
He was a member of VFW# 1114 and served in the army during the Korean War. He was a member of Bethlehem UCC, was a past assistant Scout Master and a member of the Daylilly Club.
Arthur is survived by his sister, nephews, ; and great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral service 10 a.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, officiated by Rev. Mark Sirnic, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at the funeral home.
