EAST LIVERPOOL – At 12:30 p.m. on Sunday morning, October 9, 2016, Dale E. "Butch" Simmons, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away at the age of 68 at the Cleveland Clinic. Dale had lived at the Andover Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for the past few years.
He was a son of the late Russell and Sylvia Reed Simmons and was born September 22, 1948 in Beaver Falls, PA. Dale had moved to East Liverpool in 1985 from Columbus.
Survivors include two sisters, Carol O'Hara and Kathy Culp, both of East Liverpool, and two brothers, Ron Simmons of East Liverpool, and Charles "Patrick" Simmons, of St. Petersburg, FL.
Dale will be laid to rest at Calcutta Cemetery.
