Mildred Paul

Glenwood, Utah

Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister, neighbor and friend, Mildred Bagley Hansen Paul, 82, passed away October 10, 2016 in Monroe. She was born February 17, 1934 in Koosharem, Utah to Owen Roosevelt and Irene Brown Bagley. She married Arell Hansen November 6, 1951 in the Manti Temple. He preceded her in death in May 1, 1956. She married Cleve Paul, January 17, 1958 in Glenwood. He preceded her in death January 31, 2013.

Mildred was an active member of the LDS Church, holding many positions in the Primary, YW and Relief Society.

An incredible woman, Mildred was compassionate and an example to all. She was a people-person, who was loved by everyone. Her grandchildren were her joy. She was adored by her nieces and nephews.

Mildred had a great memory, sending cards for birthdays, anniversaries and graduations. She made hundreds of afghans and baby quilts for everyone, donating many to the LDS Humanitarian Center. She loved to cook—making the best raisin-filled cookies around.

Mildred is survived by her son, Wade Arell Hansen, Glenwood; grandchildren: Kyristen (Liz) Hansen, Sandy; Jeremy (Brooke) Hansen, Kaysville; Daniel (Monique) Hansen, Hurricane; Sean (Amanda) Hansen, Henderson, NV; 9 great-grandchildren, with one on the way; siblings: Wyoma Anderson, Glenwood; Rolaine (Fred) Blackham, Richfield; Elwin Noel Bagley, SLC; sisters-in-law, Rahnae Bagley, Manti; Margene Dastrup, Glenwood; Shirley Stewart, Milford; brother-in-law, Reldon (Joyce) Paul, Richfield.
