Hazel Frady, Age 95, of Piqua, passed away October 8, 2016 at the Piqua Manor nursing home. She was born October 17, 1920 in Crossville, Tennessee to the late Anus & Josie Myers. Her husband, Lawrence Frady, preceded her in death in 1976. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marcia and Michael Burns of Piqua; son and daughter-in-law Mel and Mary Lou Frady of Union; 5 grandchildren Stephanie, Steven, Shawn, Brian and David; 10 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, Hazel was preceded in death by brothers Claude, Emmett, Callie, Eugene, Archie and Sanford Myers and a sister Violet Winningham. Hazel was a devoted mother and homemaker. She loved gardening, birds and all wildlife. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, October 12 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. The family will receive friends from 10 AM- 12 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.
