Jonathan Leedom, son of William and Lydia Leedom, was a native of Cheltenham, Montgomery, Pennsylvania. He married Sarah Jones, daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Jones, on 10 Dec 1800 at the Friends' Meeting House on Pine Street in Philadelphia. Jonathan died at the age of 72 and was interred in the Friends' Eastern Burial Ground, also known as the Arch Street Cemetery, on 20 Dec 1848.
