While stacking last week, Mr. Frey was on top of the stack, when the top of the stack started to slip. He began to fall with the stack, grabbed a stake supporting the stack, which broke however and he fell backward to the ground, backward and head first. The fall broke or so injured his spinal-column that death resulted.
He was however conscious until a short time before his death.
