Funeral services for Morris Aeccrue Harris, Sr. are scheduled for 11:00am, Monday, April 26, 2004 at Huron Baptist Church with Bro. James Dennison and Bro. Don Franks officiating. Burial will follow in Henderson County Memory Gardens. Mr. Harris died Saturday in Lexington.
He was born October 28, 1922 in Camden, Tennessee to the late Willie and Hester Millner Harris. He was a retired Carpenter and Farmer and a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Colleen Harris of Huron, two sons, Morris Harris, Jr. and wife Betty and Jerry D. Harris both of Huron. three daughters, Patricia (Jerry) McBride of Lexington, Glenda (Earl) Craig of Humboldt, and Alese (Don) Arnold of Medina, a sister, Judy Connor of Nashville, ten grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
