Charles Stephen “Steve” Huggins, 70, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the McLeod Hospice House after an illness.
Mr. Huggins was born in Florence, SC a son of Charles Ravenel Huggins and the late Evelyn Doloreas Elliott Huggins. He was a graduate of Southside High School and Francis Marion University. He was a member of Evergreen Baptist Church and an avid golfer. He ran Woody’s BBQ and later Carolina BBQ.
