BAKER W. Jane (Janie) Baker, 90, formerly of Boca Raton, Fla., passed away Sat. Oct. 19, 2013, at John Knox Village Care Center in Lee's Summit. Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26, at Faith Presbyterian Church, 8301 James A. Reed Rd., Raytown, Mo. Jane was born Jan. 8, 1923, in Freeman, Mo. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Jane was a homemaker and a dedicated disciple of Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, two brothers, and sister. She is survived by brother, Gene Franse, son, Bill Baker, daughters, Beth Melton, and Elaine Bloukos, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
