Mary B. Kincaid Burnette of Shelbyville formerly of Lexington, Owensboro and Hawesville died Wednesday October 6, 2016 at the Masonic Home of Shelbyville in Shelbyville, KY. She was born in Hancock County to the late William Edgar and Alice Mae Sanders Kincaid. She graduated from Hawesville High School in 1948, was a member at Good Shepherd Church and was a housewife. She was employed for eight years at General Electric in Tell City, IN and worked two years at Western Kentucky off campus in Owensboro. She was preceded in death by her husband Jessie H. Burnette.

Survivors include three daughters Jessica Morgan of Mt Veron, IN, Karen L. Jones of Shelbyville, KY and Kathy L. Ware of Kennesaw, GA; eight grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; a sister Brownie Morgan of Tell City, IN and several nieces and nephews.

Services are at 1:00 pm Monday at Gibson & Son Funeral Home, Hawesville. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens. Mary’s family will greet friends from 11:00 am until service time Monday.
