"Willie passed away Monday morning at the home of his brother, H.S. Spath. Death was due to an attack of pneumonia. While the young man had not been well for about a week he was confined to his bed but 2 days. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. Ref. F.L. Tresfow conducted the service. The remains were laid to rest in Pebble Cemetery.
