John W. Adams, 75, died this morning at his home, 38 Cortland Street. Homer. He had resided in Homer for the past 27 years and was a member of the Methodist Church. He was born July 8. 1872 in Groton City, the son of William and Weatha Stebblns Adams. He is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Irene MacCabe of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Miss Ina Smith of Homer, and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the late home with Rev. John Lewien, pastor of the Homer Methodist Church, officiating. Friends may call at the home at their convenience. Interment will be in McLean Cemetery.
