Funeral services for Dale B. Clark, 54, of rural Lake View, Ia., were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 24, 1983, at the Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Sac City, Ia., with the Rev. Gordon G. Elrick officiating. Mr. Clark passed away Saturday, August 20, 1983, at Danville, Ill., after suffering a heart attack.
Music was organ recordings. Mrs. Raymond Stoffregen, Mrs. Bernt Hammerstrom and Marjo Florist were in charge of floral offerings.
Serving ad pallbearers were Bernt Hammerstrom, Raymond Stoffregen, Raymond Short, Larry Bundt, Ethan Lindsay and Dennis Werkmeister.
Interment was made in Oakland Cemetery, Sac City, under the direction of Farber & Otteman Funeral Home, Sac City.
Dale Brittain Clark was born November 18, 1928, in Madison County, Ia., to Charles and Lois Brittain Clark. He married Margaret N. Page on November 18, 1949 in Des Moines, Iowa.
A farmer and a carpenter, Mr. Clark and his wife lived at their last residence for 22 years. He was a Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Margaret, of Lake View; two daughters: Nadine Clark of Phoenix, Ariz., and Beverly Clark of Minneapolis, Minn.; and two sisters: Alberta Cox of Winterset, Ia., and Elsie Winger of Spirit Lake, Ia.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne.
