Terrance Herbert Brown, age 77, passed away on Tuesday September 27th in his sleep.

Terry is survived by his four children: Collette, Lance, Trevor and Shauna.

He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren: Chase, Gage, Reese, Ethan, Kylie, Regan and Kaden; and three siblings: Jackie, Bonnie and Jo Ann.

As an army veteran he earned an honorable discharge in 1962.

His life began in Benton Harbor, Michigan and brought him to Florida where he held residence in the cities of Miami, North Miami Beach and Lake Worth.

As a child, he helped his stepfather on the family farm.

After his time in the service he leveraged his military training into a well respected and prolific career in elevator construction and installation.

With retirement after 39 years, Terry had an instrumental role in seeing Miami Elevator Company's transformation into a multi-million dollar operation.

Services will be held on Wednesday, October 5th.
