David was an active parishioner of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Denison serving on vestry and as Junior Warden and Trinity on the Hill (TOTH) Episcopal Church in Los Alamos serving as Senior Warden. He also helped launch the tweens and teen youth groups at TOTH. A champion high school debater, David shared his expertise and time mentoring and chaperoning the LAMS and LAHS debaters.
