Arapheal "Ray" Lawrence Arrington, 65, passed away Sunday, Sept. 18, 2016, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. He was born Sept. 4, 1951, in Memphis, Tenn., to Arapheal Leo and Retha Faye Arrington. His interests included the Dallas Cowboys, "Cardinal basball" and the Tennessee Volunteers. He was a Christian and devoted much of his time and energy to his family. He was looking forward to voting for Donald Trump in the upcoming election.
Mr. Arrington was preceded in death by his parents, Arapheal Leo and Retha Faye Arrington, and one sister, Sandra Lynn Finkbinder.
Survivors of Mr. Arrington include his wife of 25 years, Carolyn Sue Arrington; one sister, Retha Suzzanne Reeves of Vancouver, Wash.; two sons, Michael Findley of Southaven, Miss., and David Findley of Memphis, Tenn.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Mr. Arrington wished to be cremated and have no funeral service. He was loved and will be missed. May he rest in heaven.
