Mary P. Wagoner, 84, of rural Trimble, MO passed away, Wednesday, October 5, 2016.

She was born on July 14, 1932 to John Thomas Murphy, Jr. and Bernice Theresa (Brennen) Murphy Jackson in Bonner Springs, KS. Mary grew up in Lansing, Kansas and graduated from St. Mary’s Academy.

On August 20, 1966 she was united in marriage to Harold Wagoner. After their marriage they lived in Smithville and in 1988 moved to rural Trimble where they made their home.

Mary was a charter member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Smithville where she very active many church affairs.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her step-father, and step-brother, John Jackson.

Mary is survived by her husband, Harold, of the home; sister, Martha Murphy, half brother, Donald Jackson, step-brother, Wesley Jackson and wife Dorothy; other relatives and many friends.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 11th at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Smithville, MO.

Rosary will be 6:30 p.m. Monday at the church with visitation until 8:00 p.m.

Burial: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
