Wayland - Wayland native Alfred Keith, 93, died Wednesday, April 15, at Mission, Texas.
He was born Oct. 20 1887, to John and Frances Burrows Keith. In March 1918, he married Bessie Orn; she died Aug. 1, 1961.
He was a retired farmer and a member of Finley United Methodist Chapel.
Survivng: two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Mast, Wayland, and Mary Frances Graber, Crawfordsville; two sons, Theron, Mission, and Marvin, Gladstone, Ill.; 17 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Finley Chapel, the Rev. Keith Hamilton; Finley cemetery. A memorial has been established at Beatty Funeral Home, Wayland.
