James R. Kirkpatrick, 78 of White Sulphur Springs, W. Va. was a son of the late George Renick and Leititia Glover Kirkpatrick. He was a retired golf course greenskeeper at The Greenbrier hotel in White Sulphur. He is survived by his wife, Rosa M. Kirkpatrick; a son, Oswald R. of Akron, Ohio; two sisters, Lyda Andrews of Covington, Va., and Anifield Shiflet of Franklin, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
