Nancy P. Sigman Lingerfelt Mink, age 86, of Bluff City, Tennessee went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at NHC Healthcare in Johnson City, Tennessee.
Nancy was a native of Sullivan County, Tennessee and was the daughter of the late Caleb and Elizabeth Bowman Sigman.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her first husband James Lingerfelt and her second husband James L. Mink, two sons; Jimmy Lingerfelt and J.W. Lingerfelt, five sisters; Bessie Lyons, Christine Sigman, Amy Carrier, Ruby Vance and Lorena Jones, two brother’s; Monroe Sigman and Bob Sigman.
Nancy was of the Freewill Baptist faith and she enjoyed spending her time canning, growing fruit trees, cooking and sewing. She enjoyed spending time with her family more than anything.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 from 5:00pm – 8:00 pm at Tetrick Funeral Home - Bluff City Chapel. Friends may also call the home of Peanut & Carolyn Barnett at other times.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 am Thursday, October 6, 2016 at Sunrise Cemetery in Bluff City. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 9:50 am. Pallbearers will be selected by family.
