W. Douglas Little, 93, Ormond Beach, FL, died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016.

Mr. Little, a World War II Navy veteran, was born August 8, 1923 in Geneva, IL. He earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Denver and his MBA from Drake University.

Mr. Little moved to Ormond Beach in 1990 after a long career as a consultant, specializing in accounting and computer systems.

He was active in The Sons of the American Revolution at the local, state and national levels and enjoyed a long time hobby working with and teaching genealogy. He was a member of the Veterans and Business Men’s Club and a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.

Long active in the Episcopal Church, he served in various capacities in the area at St. James Episcopal Church and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann; daughter Patricia and her husband Ray Barbehenn of Hershey, PA and their son David Barbehenn; daughter Margaret and her husband Jon Faust of Takoma Park, MD and their daughters Helen Faust-Little and Katherine Faust-Little.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. James Church Endowment Fund, 38 South Halifax Drive, Ormond Beach FL 32176.

The memorial service will be held in the chapel at St. James Episcopal Church on Friday, Oct. 7 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be in Geneva, IL at a later date.
