Patent trader - Sunday, Dec. 12, 1965: - MAHOPAC - Funeral services for Eric Waldo Erickson, 58, owner of Erickson's Restaurant and Boat ivery, were to be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Mahopac Methodist Church. Rev. Leon Zinkler, pastor of Mahopac Methodist Church was to officiate. Mr. Erickson, a native of Mahopac and a resident of Mt. Hope Road died Tuesday night at Kingsbridge Veteran's Hospital in the Bronx. He was born on October 22, 1907 in Mahopac, son of the late Fred and Sadie Barrett Erickson. He was educated in Mahopac Schools, New York University and the Gains Business School. He was a member of the Mahopac Methodist Church. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the US Navy. Mr. Erickson is survived by his wife, the former Evelyn Bradt, whom he married on December 6, 1942 in Brooklyn and one daughter, Miss Evelyn E. Erickson of Mahopac. Interment will be in Raymond Hill Cemetery in Carmel.
