KENNETH WOODROW HULL, 74, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016, at his home. Born April 2, 1942, in Frederick, Md., he was the son of the late Albert R. and Ida B. Ward Hull.

He was a 1960 graduate of Clear Spring High School. He served in the U.S. Army. He retired from MCI as a correctional officer with the rank of lieutenant, and also worked at Hartle’s Subs and Gracie’s in Funkstown. He was a member of West End Baptist Chapel, Hagerstown, and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Funkstown. Kenneth was a lifetime member of BPO Elks Lodge 378, The Improved Order of Red Men Tribe 84 in Williamsport and American Legion Dixon Troxell Post 211, Funkstown.

He is survived by his wife, Grace E. Hull; son, Kenneth A. Hull; and daughter, Michele L. Hull; six sisters, Elizabeth Everhart, Nancy Younker, Carol Martin, Dottie Trumpower, Donna Mills, and Wilma Harper; four brothers, Warren Hulln, Larry Hull, Dale Hull, and David Hul; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, George Hull and Frederick Hull.

Services will be held at Minnich Funeral Home, Hagerstown. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
