Jacqueline Marie Phillips, age 94 of Grafton, went to be with the Lord on December 28, 2020 at the Taylor Health Care Center. She is the daughter of LR and Estelle Williams, who preceded her in death.

She was married to Urban Keith Phillips for 54 years, who also preceded her in death on August 9, 1999. Her twin sister Roberta “Bobbie” Riffle also has preceded her in death on March 10, 2020.

She is survived by two daughters, Terry Lynn Ice of Morgantown and Jacqueline Kay Baker (Doug) of Grafton; two grandchildren Angela McVicker (Jason) of Grafton and Christopher Ice of Fairmont. Also surviving great grandchildren Gage and Colton McVicker of Grafton; Ricky, Heather, Amanda Moran and two great -great grandchildren Truxon and Raelynn Moran. One grandson preceded her in death, Monty Moran in 2004. Also surviving is a niece Debra Sharp (Frank) of Westerville, OH; two nephews Sam Riffle (Linda) of Fairfax VA, and Danny Riffle (Chris) of OH. Great nephews Brian Riffle of OH and Andrew Sharp (Kim) of OH. Jacqueline was a faithful member of Beulah Baptist Church of Pruntytown, WV. She loved spending time with her family.

The Family would like to thank the wonderful staff at the Taylor Health Care Center for their care for their loved one. Friends may call for viewing at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. on Friday January 1, 2021 from 3-7PM with proper distancing and face mask required. A private graveside service will be held where she will be laid to rest in the Williams family plot at Beall’s Mill Cemetery.
