REBECCA JANE WIELARD

Rebecca Jane Wielard, daughter of Malissa Mae and John Henry Stiffler, was born July 15, 1894, at Murray, Iowa, and passed away this life May 11, 1956, at the Snyder Nursing Home, Knoxville, Iowa, where she had been confined since 1954.

She was united in marriage to Perry E. Denney at Osceola, Ia, November 2, 1911, and to this union were born two children, namely Mrs. Dorothy Hulbert of Eldora, Iowa, and Harry Denney of Kansas City, Mo. Mr. Denney passed away January 2, 1938. The year 1943 Rebecca Jane was united in marriage to John Dye who passed away in 1949.

On June 28, 1952, she was united in marriage to Henry Wielard of Pella and the couple made their home at the present address of 910 Columbus St.

Surviving Mrs. Wielard's passing are her husband, Henry, two children, Dorothy of Eldora and Harry of Kansas City; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Gertrude Maasdam and Mrs. Johanna Lanser of Lynnville; two brothers, James Stiffler of Murray, Iowa, and Fred Stiffler of Kansas City, Mo.; one sister, Mrs. Goldie Shields of Independence, Mo.; also 10 grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Funeral services were held on Monday, May 14, at 1p.m. at the Garden Chapel Funeral Home, Rev. Dr. P. Y. De Jong officiating. Interment was made in Graceland Cemetery.
