Mr. Lecomte graduated from Wiley High School and is employed at the Model Milk Co.

DURING A CEREMONY ON JUNE 6 at the North Terre Haute Christian Church, Miss Miriam Ann Geisert will become the bride of Donald Maurice Lecomte. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Maurer S. Geisert, North Terre Haute. Parents of Mr. Lecomte are Mr. and Mrs. Germain Lecomte, 1605 South Fifth street. " The wedding will take place at 7:30 p.m. Special bridal music will be furnished by Mrs. H. Anderson, organist and the wedding colors will be blue and pink. The bride will be given in marriage by her father. Attendants will be Miss Elaine Fuqua of North Terre Haute, maid f honor; Miss Charlene Geisert sister of the bride, and Miss Marieta Lecomte, sister of the bridegroom.

LECOMTE-GEISERT THE NORTH TERRE HAUTE CHRISTIAN CHURCH was the scene on Saturday of the wedding of Miss Miriam Ann Geisert, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Maurer S. Geisert, North Terre Haute, and Donald Maurice Lecomte, son of Mr. and Mrs. Germain Lecomte Jr., 1605 South Fifth street. Conducting the ceremony was the Rev. Robert Taylor. The church was decorated with candelabra, palms and baskets filled with pink and white gladioli. Mrs. William Alexander was organist. Attendants were Miss Elaine Fuequay, North Terre Haute, maid of honor; Miss Marita Lecomte and Miss Charlene Geisert, bridesmaids; Joseph Minnis, best man; Neil Tuggle and William O. Roberts, Rockville, ushers. Miss Fuequay was gowned in pink organdy and carried blue daisies while the bridesmaids’ dresses were blue. They carried pink daisies. The bride wore a dress styled with lace bodice, portrait neckline and long sleeves. The organdy skirt was highlighted in back with a bustle bow of peu de soie. Her veil fell from a circlet of sequins. A reception at the church followed the ceremony. Assisting at the reception were Misses Elaine Fuequay. Marita Lecomte, Judy Hart, Charlene Geisert and Karen Alexander. Following a wedding trip, the couple will live at 2201 Washington avenue.
