Mother with husband Alexander Thomas Langton of Alexander Gideon, Rebecca G. (Charles Y. Benjamin), Alexander T., Bennett, William Moore () and Elizabeth Rose "Lizzie" (Henry Elliott Brodek) Langton. All of her sons pre-deceased her with only William surviving into adulthood.
When her husband spent time in the Stockton Assylum in the 1860s and 1879s, they apparently divorced. In 1869, she married Aden Stearns McMillan (brother of John Newell and Alexander M. McMillan) and appears with him in the 1870 census. In 1876, she married her first husband again. At that marriage, her surname was given as "Langton", not "McMillan", so it is likely that she had divorced McMillan and resumed using the name she shared with her children.
