Mrs. Charlotte Anne Hittson McConnell 78 of Wartrace died Friday, September 30th, at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma. She was retired after 42 years with National Pen Corporation and a member of Eastview Baptist Church.

She was the daughter of the late Felix Hittson and Flora Bell Foster White and the wife of the late Paul Fuston McConnell. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Gary Hittson, sister, Bobbie Hittson Darnell, grandson, Roy Fears Jr. and great granddaughter, Amanda Powell.

She is survived by daughters, Paulette McConnell Benson and Lynda Powell Batten; brother, Larry (Linda) Hittson; sister, Jimmie Ralph) Honea; special niece Tracy (Fred) Harvey; grandchildren, Kevi(Argie) Fears, Kesha Dewayne) Collier, Bryan “Beaver” (Hannah) Powell; Kendra Hastings; ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 3rd, at Hillcrest Funeral Home Rev. Wallace Rowland officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 2:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
