Kay is survived by her husband John Richard Stephens of Karnack, Texas; one son, Caleb Richard Stephens (Kelsi) of Jefferson, Texas; mother, Faye Purifoy of Gurdon; mother and father-in-law, Janice and Steve Stephens of Arkadelphia; one sister, Regina Wimberly of Hot Springs; one grandchild, Aurora KayLynn Stephens; and one grandchild on the way, as well as many nieces and nephews.
