Rachel June Harmon, 74, Nevada, Mo., passed away on Sept. 7, 2016, at her home in Nevada. Rachel was born Oct. 8, 1941, in rural Horton, Mo., to Walter Sewell and Opal June (Webster) Harmon.

Rachel was raised in Horton and attended school in Metz. After her father's passing in 1958 she along with her mother moved from the family farm to Nevada. Rachel continued to attend school in Metz and graduated High School with the Class of 1959.

Following high school Rachel worked at Key Industries in Nevada for 40 years until her retirement. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, sewing, reading, and was a member of the Genealogical Society, in Nevada. Rachel also attended the First Christian Church, in Nevada.

Survivors include two great-nephews, Dustin Dulier and Justin Dulier, both of Nevada. She was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth Ann Harmon Dulier; and one nephew, Randy Dulier.

Following cremation she was buried in Newton Burial Park, Nevada.
