Sweet and loving Georgialee Smith returned home to the welcoming arms of Heavenly Father and her Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, September 25, 2016 in Heber City, Utah. In the same beautiful valley where Georgialee passed away she was born, November 6, 1943 to Claud Lee and Eve Adair. Georgialee married Judson Enos Smith October 26, 1963 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Georgialee was blessed to be the mother of a precious daughter Tinalouise Smith. Together their lives have been continually interwoven with laughter, music, fun conversations, watching great videos and mainly caring for each other as they faced earthly trials. During most of Georgialee's life she fought a battle with diabetes. Her health problems gave so many kind people the blessing of offering tender care to Georgialee. Ever-faithful neighbors such as Jenny and Dave Clawson, along with devoted family members, skilled and compassionate nurses and doctors. We must not forget the sweet friends at Rocky Mountain Care and Elk Meadows Assisted Living, LDS ward family members, her parents Claud and Eve who looked after all her special needs most all of her life. Most importantly we must remember her daughter and best friend Tinalouise. We thank each and everyone rallying around Georgialee during her struggles on earth. Georgialee gave in return her beautiful smile, a loving spirit and grateful heart. She continued to show patience and a strong will to make it through each day with always the hope that someday she would be well. Today we know she is free to walk, run and even dance without the restraint of a wheelchair. She is completely free from pain. It can be said that Georgialee Smith endured to the end with grace and dignity. Her example of courage and faith will live on in the hearts of all those who truly knew her. She is survived by her Sisters:DeAnna S. Hansen of Fairview, Shirlene Green of South Jordan; Daughter:Tinalouise Smith of Oakley; And many loving nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at the Midway City Cemetery on Friday, September 30th at 3pm. There will be closed casket at request of her daughter. Condolences may be sent to the family www.olpinhoopes.com
