Charlotte Webb, 71, of Decatur, passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2016, in her home surrounded by her family.
Charlotte was born October 9, 1944, in Freeburn, KY to Martin Van and Ruby (Johnson) Keene. She married Herbert Ray Webb on August 29, 1970, in Clintwood, VA. Charlotte loved sewing, drinking her coffee and watching the humming birds from her kitchen table.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Herbert; three sons, Michael (Patty) Webb of Hammond, IL, Peyton (Tim Ryan) Webb of Crete, IL and Shane Webb of Bement, IL; and six grandchildren, whom she loved more than life itself, Patrick, Andy, Corey, Katie, Mackenzie and Cailey.
