Randall Clayton Jenkins, 74, of Robbinsville, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation. A native of Graham County, he was the son of the late Wilburn and Nora Estes Jenkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lucille Jenkins, and his great grandson, Jackson Clayton Ray Blackwell. Randall was a Veteran having served his country proudly in the US Navy. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Brenda Brooks Jenkins; his son and daughter in law, Richie and Chrysty Jenkins of Robbinsville, NC; his daughters and sons in law, DeAnna and Arvel Debty of Andrews, NC, Shannon and Kenny Lowery of Marion, NC, and Sheena Sawyer of Sevierville, TN; his brothers, Harold Jenkins of Robbinsville, NC, and Michael Jenkins of Marion, NC; and his sister, Iva Lee Gibbs of Robbinsville, NC. His grandchildren are Chessney Flowers and her husband, Anthony, MaKeea Blackwell and her husband, Ray, Jade Sellers, Shadoe Phillips, Tyla Sellers, Cameron Debty, Saylor Phillips, Ashlyn Lane, Walker Sawyer, and Aspyn Phillips. He has 3 great grandchildren, Alaina Flowers, Kylee Blackwell, and Mason Jordan. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Townson-Smith Chapel. The Reverends Onley Williams, Patrick O’Dell, and Daniel McMahan will officiate. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Friday at the Chapel, prior to the service. Committal services will be held at 12:00 pm Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Nix Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Marion, NC. Townson-Smith Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
