Dwayne Todd Thompson May 6, 1972 September 25, 2016 Dwayne Todd Thompson, 44, of Bellefonte, died Sunday, September 25, 2016. Born May 6, 1972, in Bellefonte, he is the son of Mary L. Thompson, of Julian and the late James R. Thompson, Sr. On March 28, 2000, he married the former Sherry L. Rockey who survives at home. Todd attended Bald Eagle Area High School. Todd had worked at the HRI Inc. as a laborer. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, was a Dale Jr. fan, and a Dallas Cowboy fan. He was a member of Bellefonte Fraternal Order of Eagles. Todd was of the Protestant Faith. Along with his mother and wife, he is survived by one son, Brian D. Thompson, of Bellefonte; three sisters, Lisa (Frank) Roland, of Troy, Mo., Polly (Harold) Hook, of Milesburg, and Wendy Thompson, of Julian; two brothers, James Riley Thompson, Jr., of Philipsburg and Ricky Thompson, of Wilmington, N.C. Also surviving is his faithful companion, Spike. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Anthony Thompson. Services will be held at Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg on Friday, September 30, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, September 29, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. and Friday, September 30, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
