Mavis Lee Anderson Price, 76 of New Bern, died February 18, 2010 at home.
She retired from Sprint Telephone Co., and she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church. Mavis was a two-time ladies club champion at New Bern Golf and Country Club.
She is survived by her husband Leroy Price, one daughter, Kathryn P. Saunders and husband Zoot of Trent Woods; two sisters, Nellie Jones and Maggie Toler and two grandchildren, Erin Elizabeth and Abigail Price Saunders, all of New Bern.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, February 19, 2010 at Cotten Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, February 20, 2010 at Lakeside Chapel, Greenleaf Memorial Park. Inurnment will follow at Greenleaf.
