Byron Myers

Byron "Jack" Myers, 75, of Greeley died Monday, Feb. 25, at Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado inpatient unit.

He was born March 23, 1926, in Ault to Forrest and Julia Florence (Corwin) Myers.

Born and raised in Weld County, Mr. Myers worked for Douglas Roofing from 1957-82. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and bowling.

Survivors are a daughter, Wanda Myers of Wray; a son, George Myers of Walden; six sisters, Marjorie Eckhardt, Millie Killian, Frances Miller, Florence Miller and Pearl Kreiger, all of Greeley, and Ruth Lassasso of Denver; a brother, William Myers of Castle Rock; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Two sisters, Dorothy Smock and Marion Hall, are deceased.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Adamson Memorial Downtown Chapel. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Friends may visit from 1-5 p.m. Sunday at the Downtown Chapel.

Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in care of the Downtown Chapel.
