Lillie Rose (Hollon) Fletcher, 86, died September 23, 2016 at home with her family in Crescent Springs, KY. She was born February 21, 1930 in Wolfe County, KY. Her grandmother primarily raised her along with her three siblings (Paul, Pete, and Midge) and four cousins in Breathitt County, KY. She attended Oakdale School. She married Thomas (Bill) Wilhoit Fletcher (deceased) and had three children: Roma, Don (deceased), and Denney (Mehdi). She had three grandchildren (Chris, Bryce, and Fletcher) and three great-grandchildren. Bill and Lillie owned Albert's Market, a grocery store, on Vine Street in Cincinnati, OH from 1950 to 1977. She worked in the store for over 25 years before retiring. Lillie was very caring and loving - quickly lending help to anyone in need or telling a funny story to bring cheer to a room. She was a wonderful cook and loved gardening. Her unwavering work ethic and compassion instilled during her youth continued throughout her life. She will always be sorely missed by her family and friends. Burial service will be held on Tuesday September 27, 2016. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
