Abram was the 5th of 7 children born to Daniel and Sarah McEwen Tebbs, in Goldendale Washington. It is said that his father Daniel stopped harvesting for the day when Abe was born.
In February of 1903 he lost his brother Ambrose to TB. And again in Feb. 1907 he lost his mother Sarah to TB.
Abe was raised by his sisters and went to Goldendale school and high school.
He met and married Grace and they lived in Hood River Oregon, till his death.
Together they had 3 children.2 girls and a son.
His son Robert passed away before Abe and Grace, and their oldest daughter Donna passed away after her parents.
Abe passed away 2 days after his beloved wife Grace passed away.
His granddaughter Laura passed away before his death.
His daughter Donna Mae and grandson Robert (Rob) passed after Abe and Grace passed away.
