Mildred White (Sally) Holt, 88, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2016.
She was born in Louisa, Va., and was a resident of Chesterfield County.
Mildred was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Ellen and Bobby Samuels; four brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Garland Holt; children, Bernard White (Diana) and Peggy Cox (Wayne); brother, Lewis Perkins (Mary Emily); five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. Mildred was the matriarch of the family. She was a former employee of Reynolds Metals.
Funeral ceremony will be held Monday, September 26, 2016 at Bliley's-Chippenham. Interment to follow in Dale Memorial Park.
