The Memory of the Righteous Will Be A Blessing" - Proverbs

Diane Cecilia Kamahele 42, our beloved Mother, Daughter, Wife and friend, left this earth, to join our Father in Heaven, on December 9, 2006.

Diane was born September 27, 1964 in Eatontown, New Jersey, to Oliver & Harriett Kamahele. A resident of Upland, California, Diane was a true example of a modern working mother. Employed by Sideshow Collectibles for 8 years, Diane worked tirelessly to blend her love for her family, her children and friends with her love of her job, co-workers and the clients to whom she was devoted.

In addition to her Sideshow responsibilities, Diane recently earned her real estate license and was employed by Tarbell Realtors. A deeply spiritual woman, Diane was an active member of her church, d evoted to her community, including the PTA board at Peppertree Elementary in Upland.

A true animal lover, there was not a stray dog or cat that she met that she didn't take home with her or wept over the fact she couldn't. She was a firm believer in God; her faith carried her through many trying times.

Diane saw the beauty in people first, and she truly felt it was she who was blessed to have known you. She survived a devastating car accident 5 years ago and after a lengthy recovery, she fulfilled her dream of visiting Paris with her dear friend Robin.

"Diane wore her heart on her sleeve. She was a tremendously giving, compassionate and loving person," said Greg Anzalone, President of Sideshow. "We are at a loss to fully express our pain and sadness at her passing. She was too young to leave us and too eager to continue with her vision of what her family and Sideshow could become. She will be deeply missed."

Diane is survived by her parents, husband Charles Hupp, children, Charlie Jr.8, Dylan 6 and Keilani 3, brother Ronald Kamahele, Uncle James Kamahele, (Jill), Aunt Georgie Smith, brother-in-law Dennis Hupp (Lynn), sister-in-law Bunny Kengye, nephews and nieces, Denali Kamahele, Christopher Kengye, Noelani Kamahele, Anea Botton and Haili Kamahele. Close friends, James & Mary Ann Robertson, Robin Selvaggi (Leonardo), Donna Ferguson, Linda Carter (Paul), Greg Anzalone (Yvonne) and Vicki McIntyre (Ron).
