Robert Byron Mills III, called Bob for short, was born on June 5, 1924 in Cheviot, Ohio to RBM II and Miriam.
He would marry Florence Louise (F.L.) Schaefer in 1948 and have two children, Robert and Marta. His wife, F.L. does not have a grave.
He sadly died of a brain tumor on May 2, 1981. Still, he was relatively accomplished during his life, being a pioneer in the world of criminal justice, serving as a college professor (with tenure), and being a psychologist in Cincinnati for many years.
