She was preceded in death by her parents, Harley & Dolly Puckett; her brother, Billy Ray Puckett and sister, Juanita Thompson.
A homemaker, she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Visitation will be from 11-1:00 pm on Wed Nov 21 at GH Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home 5141 Madison Avenue with a funeral service conducted at 1:00 pm on Wednesday. She will be laid to rest at Rocklane Cemetery.
