She is survived by her loving mother, Norma Plumley of La Porte, Indiana; children Brett (Pam) Bumgardner of New Carlisle, Indiana, and Nicole Bumgardner of La Porte, Indiana; brothers, Gene (Vicki) Church of La Porte, Indiana, and James Church of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren; Alex, Zoe, Bryanna, Brooklinn, Nolyn, Kaely, Adynn, Benjamin, Andrew and Kiarra. Carolyn is also survived by her loving dog "Bella."
She was preceded in death by her father John Plumley
Carolyn liked to go fishing, Flowers, Gardening and being outside. But most of all, she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
