Following a valiant battle with health issues, Sharon Lee Hansen passed away from heart failure, September 21, 2016. Sharon was born November 8, 1944. She was the youngest child of a blended family of William and Gladys Hansen. Father’s side – three brothers and two sisters, all deceased. Mother’s side – 2 brothers and one sister.

Sharon graduated from Pocatello High School. She married Williams and had one daughter Laree. This marriage ended in divorce.

Sharon had several jobs, he last being at ISU, which she retired from on disability. Sharon worked very hard though out her life. Her life centered around her daughter Laree and her three grandchildren, granddaughter Jennifer Oakes and grandsons Brett Harvey and Jacob Harvey and her great-granddaughter Madelyne Oakes.

Sharon is survived by her brothers Arnold (Jerry) Lundstron and Kim Lundstron; Nieces Peggy Larsen, Chissy Neff, Holly Lundstron; Nephews Benny Lundstron, Frank Girard, Steve Girard, Roy Girard; Sister Joan Girard; and Cousins Louise Bricker and Odelta Enfield.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents William and Gladys Hansen, Brother Robert (Mary) Lunstron, Nieces Tonya (Dillier) Lundstron and Kathy (Kimber) Lundstron.

As per Sharon’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Sharon’s ashes and pets ashes will be held with her sister and will be scattered at a later date with her sisters ashes, her brother-in-laws ashes, and her pets ashes.

Rest in peace Sharon, we will miss you, love you Sister Joan!
