Visitation will be 9-11am Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at Chancellor Funeral Home in Byram. Services will begin at 11am Wedenesday in the funeral home chapel followed by interment at Terry Cemetery.
Mr. Garrett was a lifelong resident of Terry, enjoying motorcycles, fishing, hunting and gardening. He served his country in the Vietnam War as a U.S. Marine and was a lineman for Entergy.
He is preceded in death by his father Gibson G. Garrett and brother Donnie Garrett.
Survivors include his mother, Jean Garrett of Terry; son, Joey (Mandy) Garrett of Terry; daughter, Stacey Garrett of Pinola; sister, Gayla (James) Bailey of Terry; grandchildren Audrey and Avery; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
