Matt was born in Elgin, Illinois December 25th, 1969. He lived in San Antonio, Austin & currently resided in New Braunfels for 10 years.
His wife Jill Abbott survives him, his children Hayden & Heather Andrews, & Hailey and Chloe Abbott. Maternal grandmother Amy Turner, father Eric Abbott, 2 brothers Bryan & wife Michelle Brad & wife Crystal. One sister Amy Warrington & husband Chris, 3 nephews Dominic Samuels, Colton Warrington, Cash Warrington; 2 nieces Brittany & Emma Abbott, numerous Aunts, Uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by grandparents, mother Diane Abbot, father Duke Gidley, & cousin Daniel Turner.
Memorial Service will be held at the Landa Haus in Landa Park, 360 Aquatic Drive, New Braunfels, TX Sunday February 23rd at 2 pm.
