Thomas A. Mulligan, 89, of McKeesport, passed away Monday, Sept. 19, 2016, in Riverside Care Center, McKeesport. He was born Oct. 2, 1926, in McKeesport, the son of the late Frank and Cecelia (Luther) Mulligan. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, James Mulligan; and a sister, Rosemarie Ganley. He is survived by a nephew, Thomas Ganley, with whom he resided; a sister-in-law, Christine Mulligan; and other nieces and nephews. He was retired from Continental Can Company. He proudly served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of Corpus Christi Church, formerly with St. Pius Roman Catholic Church.

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, in the WILLIAM H. CRAIG FUNERAL HOME INC., 3000 Versailles Ave., McKeesport, PA 15132. William C. Craig, funeral director. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday at Corpus Christi Church with Father Steven Palsa officiating. (Please meet at the church). Burial with military honors will follow at New St. Joseph Cemetery.
